This Saturday we have a special event, open to all…

Join us for a relaxing two hours, to learn how to treat yourself well, with original music and refreshments, in the wonderful atmosphere of Chapel FM.

Linda Sage launches her new book Caring for the Caregiver, which explores the ways in which those in care-giving roles can work towards treating themselves better.

Most people working with any element of care does not really know what Compassion Fatigue is; but if you were asked:

- Do you wake up, felling like you have not been asleep?
- Do you get snappy or emotional more easily than before?
- Do you put your wants, needs and desires on a back burner; for the needs of others?

If you have answered yes, to one or all of these questions; then most certainly you are already affected by Compassion Fatigue. Feeling like you are running on empty, not motivated, not appreciated and as if the world depends on you. Then it is time for action (http://www.lindasage.com/).

Musical support for this event will be provided by award-winning singer-songwriter – Fuzzy Jones (http://fuzzyjonesmusic.com/)

All proceeds from tickets sales will be donated to Chapel FM Arts Centre.

About us

East Leeds FM was created back in 2003 as a pilot project run by Heads Together Productions with students from John Smeaton High School. It has grown and developed since then and in 2014 we are o pening the first-ever dedicated arts centre in East Leeds—Chapel FM.
