HI adrian thanks for attending the pigs might fly festival and making the day that more special for the special people that gave there time and music and poetry and other wondrous works of art.
i,m espiacially pleased that you took the time to interview me and to tell people all about my bipolar (i call it my bipolar as everyone whom suffers from it has different aspects and responses and some suffer more greatly from it than others). It was good to let people know how it effects my everyday life but boy i did enjoy my 40 mins on the stage playing and singing to them all.
I really think there should be more of these festivals as a lot of mentally ill people are gifted with the gift of the arts we can and we do play our part in this world full of stigma. I myself have a challenging illness as you know but i perform regularly on stage in front of hundreds but some talent we saw at the pigs might fly festival is wasted because they never get the chance to excel or exhibit, but your broadcast has made this all so possible for them all.
thank you for taking the time to raise the awareness of our afflictions and helping spread the word that upon stage any thing is possible and just for a while the pigs did fly. T

Dear Adrian and gang, thanks so much for coming to our Pigs Might Fly Festival – it made an already pretty special day feel even more special and having the programme to listen to after the event is great. Over 20 different groups turned out to show how the arts can help people feel good about themselves – a top day all round.

    Cheers, Phil
