I’m with Andy about the venue. There is a worry in the music scene that a venue of this kind will take away from the smaller venues but a lot of people who will attend The Academy are not all going to be regular gig goers. I think on the whole The Academy is a good thing and while there are issues with the venue that Andy has pointed out Leeds will be looking forward to some good gigs in the future.

My fault, I forgot to put the link in. There is a website, as far as under 18′s go, I’ll do a bit of research and look into this.

Sounds good – I used to enjoy the T&C. Couple of questions – does it have a website with a gig list; can’t find anything (although I suppose I could always listen to the HiFidelity show at 5pm on November 2nd!)

And will it do anything for under 18s? Just thinking how we get our young people enjoying safe and fun stuff… remember Every Little Feller Matters!
